Sigh. I love waking up feeling slightly sore and slightly dehydrated after a rejuvenating beginning of the weekend. It was a grueling week at work but I had a perfect Friday afternoon coming home to affection. Then it was time to head out to Bear Territory with Lisa. We donned our blue and gold and enjoyed complimentary Baja Fresh tacos(you gotta love coupon giveaways at Cal football) before we went to the gorgeous Haas Pavilion. We cheered the Bears as they tore up the Wildcats in three games of volleyball. Then we went to Jupiter for pomengranate cider and hummus and lots of laughs as we talked about I Love New York, our own misadventures in dating, and plans for a winter road trip.

This winter looks to be one of healing and happiness.
